With the exception of our canvas artwork, standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 2-3 business days, while express shipping times are approximately 1-2 business days.

For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 7 business days.

Louie Meets Lola is NOT responsible for; stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Louie Meets Lola is not responsible for any package once they are handed over to our shipping partners.

By selecting the box "Authority to Leave" during checkout you will be authorising us to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for delivery ("ATL delivery").

In doing so, please note that the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law.

Once your online order is complete and has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You will be able to track your parcel via the included tracking link.
