Returns Policy

In our quest to bring joy to you and your little one, we accept returns on most full price merchandise that is either damaged, unsuitable or just not quite what you were expecting.

Returns Terms & Conditions

Should you choose to make a return, the item(s) must be;

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • In original unworn, unwashed and unused condition with all labels and tags attached.
  • Accompanied with proof of purchase.

To begin a return, contact us at peekaboo@louiemeetslola.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you all the instructions where to send your item(s).

All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, and must be appropriately packaged to avoid any damage to the item. Louie Meets Lola reserves the right to deny any return if received in a damaged state due to poor packaging.

Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We strongly encourage any returned item to be sent with a registered or trackable service. All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Louie Meets Lola.

Damaged & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the rare case you receive a damaged item, we ask you to send photos of the item, with your order number to peekaboo@louiemeetslola.com.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately certain items are excluded from our returns policy, and cannot be returned.

Earrings; Hair-pieces, Swimwear and Underwear:
Due to hygiene reasons; earrings, hair-pieces, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for change of mind.

Personalised Items:
All personalised item(s) are made to order and cannot be returned.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method for the full amount less delivery.

Once a refund has been processed you will receive confirmation via email.

Please note; in most circumstances you'll receive your refund within 3 business days. However processing time is dependent on your bank or credit card company.
